Prepare for the Trail

The average elevation of Wyoming is 6,500 feet above sea level and many times our camps on the 3 and 5-day wagon train treks are over 7,000 feet above sea level. Days can be hot and nights can be cool, weather can change in the blink of an eye. For this reason, we suggest that you "think in layers" of clothing.
